Care for Cusco: Heart of the Inca Empire

Experience the warmth of Peruvian culture while helping to improve the lives of Peru’s children by supporting efforts to give children from Peru’s impoverished Andean highlands access to education to help them break free from the stifling poverty cycle.

Volunteers stay and work in a home for impoverished children and participate on a number of ongoing projects that include maintenance and improvements to the facility, construction of lorena stoves in the countryside that help fight smoke inhalation and deforestation, and tutoring the children.

Travel with a purpose and fight global poverty while also having the opportunity to experience the many wonders of Peru and dive into deeper cultural understanding!
